Offering a plethora of opportunities ranging from daily news analysis sessions to industry-specific certification courses, guest lectures, and aptitude training, P.R.I.M.E enriches the academic journey of MBA and MCom students, equipping them with essential skills and insights for career success
Daily news analysis sessions will be conducted in the morning. Faculty members will facilitate discussions on current events and encourage students to analyze and express their opinions.
A wide range of certification courses relevant to each branch of study will be offered by reputed companies. These courses may include technical certifications, industry-specific training, and professional development programs. Every Saturday is dedicated to certification courses.
Regular guest lectures and seminars will be organized, inviting experts from various industries to share their insights and experiences with students. Topics will be chosen based on relevance to the subjects of the ongoing semester and interest to the student body. Workshops on trending topics in technology and management will be conducted, providing students with exposure to cutting-edge concepts and tools in their respective fields.
A comprehensive finishing school program is implemented, covering a wide range of soft skills including communication, etiquette, teamwork, time management, and emotional intelligence.
Aptitude training sessions will be conducted to prepare students for competitive exams and job interviews. Mock tests and practice exercises will be included to assess and improve students' skills
Regular industrial visits will be organized to companies relevant to each branch of study. These visits will provide students with insights into industry practices and operations. Students are required to submit reports after each Industrial Visit.
Platforms for communication and Mentorship between current students and alumni will be established, including networking events, alumni lectures, and online forums.
Annual management and tech fests will be organized, providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents, participate in competitions, and interact with industry professionals. conferences or conclaves will be organized to bring together students, faculty, and industry experts to discuss emerging trends, research findings, and industry best practices. This will provide a platform for networking and knowledge exchange.
A dedicated Corporate Relations Team will work towards securing placements and internships for students. This will involve organising campus recruitment drives, facilitating industry tie-ups, and providing career counselling services. Information and assistance regarding part-time job opportunities will be provided to interested students. This will enable students to gain practical experience while pursuing their studies and supplement their income.
Launch regular community service campaigns within PRIME to engage students in activities such as clean drives, disease awareness campaigns, and blood donation initiatives, fostering a culture of social responsibility.
