Anti Ragging Cell at PISM
In accordance with the 2009 AICTE regulations for the prevention and prohibition of ragging in technical education, including universities and deemed-to-be universities, a team has been established to combat the practice of ragging during the academic year 2022-23. The squad’s primary responsibility is to maintain constant vigilance, and oversight, and patrol the campus to deter and prevent any incidents of ragging. The team is expected to remain mobile, alert, and active at all times and conduct surprise checks in areas where ragging is most likely to occur. If any incidents of ragging are discovered, the anti-ragging squad must promptly report it to the anti-ragging committee.
