The Johari Window workshop conducted for the MBA I Semester students was organized as part of the college’s initiative to strengthen essential managerial skills such as self-awareness, communication, teamwork, and leadership. In management studies, understanding one’s own behaviour and recognizing how others perceive us is crucial for building effective professional relationships. The Johari Window—a psychological framework developed by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham—provides a structured approach for exploring these dimensions through its four key areas: the Open Area, Blind Area, Hidden Area, and Unknown Area.
