The activity on Rele play was organised by AMITY Committee of PGI which helps to educate students on the formal tiers of grievance management—from initial departmental reporting to escalation to the main Cell. Also this activity can develop “responsive and accountable attitudes” among students, emphasizing active listening, empathy, and impartial decision-making. Apart from these, playing roles of students and management of academic institution helps to encourage students to express genuine problems freely and without fear of victimization by demonstrating the cell’s commitment to fairness and confidentiality.
